Kindly take note of the planned outage scheduled for today, Wednesday 11 October 2017, as from 16:00 to 18:00.
The Unit: Electrical Engineering Services needs to reconnect the repaired 33kV cable between Park Substation and Motor City Substation, into the Electrical network.
Both substations need to be de-energized to enable the procedure to be completed.
The following areas will be affected:
- Boschdal Substation and supplying area
- Waterfall Mall
- Platinum Square Mall
- Cashan Extensions
- Safarituine Extensions
- Protea Park Extensions (Partly)
- R24 (Johannesburg Road)
- Waterkloof and Waterglen
