The Rustenburg Local Municipality has successfully completed billing for July 2019 during mid-August 2019. This as the Municipality had migrated to a new and M-SCOA complaint regime – SAGE Evolution.  Statement of account have been emailed to residents with effect from the 15thAugust 2019. SMS were issued on the 19thAugust 2019 in the pursuit of employing various avenues for communicating with residents.
Delivery of accounts statements through the Post Office has been delayed due to technical challenges with printing of statements. However, the Municipality is looking at alternative means to physically deliver the statements. While we are aware that this may be an inconvenience, we request residents to be patient with the municipality in this regard.
Residents and businesses are also encouraged to visit our client services desk for printing of their statements.
A dummy statement is attached to provide explanation of various billing lines in your statements.
