The Rustenburg Local Municipality will be holding a Handover Ceremony for the Scholar Patrol Uniforms and Equipment that is being sponsored by Sibanye Platinum Mine.
The fundamental intend for this exercise is to implement the municipality’s Public Safety mandate which is to capacitate members of our communities from the level of nursery to high school learners, including adult road users, companies and transport agencies in all the wards of the Rustenburg Local Municipality with road safety education.
Sibanye Platinum Mine is sponsoring the following ten schools in Rustenburg: Marikana Primary, Mfidikwe Primary, Photsaneng Primary, Tlhage Primary, Platinum Primary, Tshirologang Primary, Letsibogo Primary, Banapele Primary, Pardekraal Primary, and Retlakgona Primary.
The Ceremony will be held as follows:
