Happy Fathers Day – Happy Youth Day

I  take this opportunity on behalf of all residents of Rustenburg, to wish all fathers a happy “ Fathers day” , and all youth of our country, happy “youth day”, as both days will be celebrated nationally in South Africa, on Sunday, 16th June 2013.
I dedicate this message to both age groups, with the words of Pravin Todkar, as he succinctly puts it that: “maturity doesn’t mean age; it means sensitivity, manners and how you react”

THE EXECUTIVE MAYOR AND STANDARD BANK HONOUR STUDENTS

The chair, Mr. Gaabidiwe Khaole the Standard Bank provincial public sector manager welcomed all present and thanked the executive mayor in absentia, principal and her deputy, representative from Department of Education, Mrs. M. J. Paledi and students for making time to the gala dinner. The purpose was to honour the two students from Matlhare Mokautu High School in Monakato, namely Lesego Kibine and  Omphemetse Khupari who were awarded the bursaries by the Executive Mayor in conjunction with Standard Bank.
